A popular and well established city in Northwest Broward county, Coral Springs is home to a younger population overall. When I moved here in 1985 there were 63,000 residents. Now the city has approximately 124,000 residents. 36 percent of the population was under the age of 18 and that figure is now 26% (20 years later). The senior population was 6% and it is about 9%. The city was home to one of the largest soccer leads in the nation with the majority being girls! That being said there is still an abundance of organized sports teams. At last count over 1000!
Homes are varied in price range and there is single family, multi-family and rental communities. Entertainment for all ages, Restaurants galore and vibrant leadership that looks out to continually make the city the best place to Live, Work and Raise a Family! That is why they say, “Coral Springs is Everything under the Sun!”
