City officials encourage residents to attend the Help Bob Levinson Rally on March 5. Coral Springs resident Robert (Bob) Levinson has been held hostage in Iran since March 9, 2007. Levinson was  captured while visiting Kish Island, Iran, and is the longest held hostage in American history. Special guest speaker will be U.S Representative Ted Deutch.

“I want to thank everyone in Coral Springs and all over the country who are supporting our family’s efforts to raise awareness about Bob’s case.  We will never give up until he is back home in this community that he loves,” Levinson’s wife, Christine, said.
