How Can a Real Estate Team Help?

retrx_360

When you want to buy or sell a property, you might find yourself wondering if you have the time, energy, resources and contacts to complete the transaction on your own. No matter how organized and efficient you are on your own, it’s always best to have some professional help, allowing the transaction to go even more smoothly. This is how a REAL ESTATE TEAM can help you:

Preparing Yourself Financially. Purchasing a new home should ideally start once you have determined your purchasing power and a realtor can give advice which lender would be the best choice to help you taking your savings, income and current debt into account.

Hunting for the Ideal Home. After determining how much you can afford, a realtor can help you find the properties you need. A realtor has numerous connections and resources which would help any client meet their needs.

Negotiating. A lot of clients think that negotiating ends and starts with pricing and the inclusion of repairs but this also involves proper scheduling of inspections and investigations of the property before being bound to the purchase.

Closing the Deal. And importantly, a realtor can help you with closing the deal. Every area has its own unique customs such as some would have an escrow company handle the process, some would have an attorney do it. A realtor will guide a client through this process.

A real estate transaction is probably the Great Florida Homes Teamthat most people will make. With the risks involved in purchasing a new home, it would be foolish not to trust in the professional services provided by a real estate team.

No matter what your needs may be, a well-oiled real estate team is key to getting the best deal you deserve. Trust in the expertise of the Great Florida Homes Team!

Dear Home Owner,

Here are three important steps to selling your home:

1. HIRING THE RIGHT AGENT (we can provide you a list of the Top 10 Questions to ask Agents you interview).

2. STAGING THE HOME so it shows great. This includes taking care of maintenance items and cleaning and
de-cluttering the home.

3. PRICING THE HOME RIGHT (we will show you multiple pricing modules to guide you to the right one).

Please read the following and make notes of any questions you may have for us when we meet.

Thanks for interviewing us for the job of selling your home. We look forward to the opportunity to serve and satisfy your real estate needs.

1. HIRING THE RIGHT AGENT

Our Goal For You: In our partnership, with you, we will help you to sell your home, with the least amount of stress to you. We do this by explaining the home selling process, in detail, and staying in constant touch with you throughout the transaction, until after your closing. Our Team has over 80 years of combined experience. You should not choose an agent based on who promises to list your home for highest price. The agent will not be buying your home. A buyer will buy based on current market conditions.

We market your home 24/7, on our GreatFloridaHomes.com web site plus 30 other sites including Realtor.com and top ten sites on which buyers search for homes.

At www.GreatFloridaHomes.com buyers can register to look up homes like yours .

Our Team is available 7 days a week at 954-695-7653.

2. STAGING THE HOME

We provide you with tips on staging and recommend  professional stagers if you desire.

3. PRICING THE HOME RIGHT

house-prices-upFacts….
What you sell your home for does not depend on what you paid for your home, in any marketplace.

Selling your home should not depend on what you need in order to buy your next property or what you need to pay off your mortgage.

What you sell your home for will be determined by current market conditions and what a Buyer is willing to pay to buy your home.

Even if a buyer agrees to pay more than fair market value, it still has to appraise (unless it is a cash deal) and the lender may not agree to lend the money if it is worth less than appraised value. Lenders send their own appraisers to check out value.

In order to help you price your home to sell quickly. We will provide a market analysis, including  information about homes similar to yours that are on the market, homes under contract and homes that sold in last 6 months.

Buyers are going to look at the same statistics, which will be provided by their agent.

The best way to price your home is to pretend you are a buyer looking at homes on the market and what would you be willing to pay and which home would you buy and why?

When you list with The GreatFloridaHomes Team, we will guide you every step of the way until you are satisfied with your real estate experience in working with our Team .
