Join in the fun again this year as the Royal Easter Bunny hops onto Pop Travers Field Plantation. to host the Annual Royal Easter Egg Hunt for children 3 –10 years old on Saturday, April 19th at 10:00 a.m. SHARP (be sure to arrive early to find parking and be ready to go!).

Children will be assigned to fields by age groups, (3&4, 5&6, 7&8, 9&10) to collect eggs on their own.  Please bring a basket or bag for collecting eggs. PARENTS MAY NOT ASSIST CHILDREN IN THE COLLECTION OF EGGS.  A special visit by the Royal Easter Bunny will be made.

After the hunt, children and families will enjoy inflatables, games and arts & crafts.

Market Update

New listings continue to come into the marketplace in both Single Family and Multi Family for Broward and Palm Beach counties. These increases are creating a buyers market in the multi-family inventory and single family is on the edge of becoming one after years of sellers markets.

As you can see in the sold numbers, sales are consistent, but not at a pace to absorb the new inventory as fast as it was this last year. Single Family listings are increasing but not at the same pace as Multi-Family listings. Historically this will create price improvements.

63rd Annual Delray Affair

The Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce is celebrating the 63rd year of the Delray Affair this year. Nicknamed the “Greatest Show under the Delray Sun”, the Delray Affair is one of the largest arts & craft festival in the Southeast United States – stretching 10 city blocks.

From April 4th through April 6th, the Downtown is alive during the day with an eclectic mixture of fine art, great crafts, and funky products from around the world.

Festival Features:

Up to 500 artists and crafters featuring hand-crafted pieces of fine arts and crafts. Live music at the Old School Square beer garden and great food!
