Interest rates have played a factor in pricing and sales for a large part of 2023. The higher rates kept many in their current homes

which kept available inventory on the lower side. This also maintained higher sales prices. Surprisingly with the smaller decreases in the interest rates,

Buyers are stepping off of the sidelines and jumping back into the marketplace. 2024 is an election year and historically produces a better economy. With our nearly 40 years of selling in Broward and Palm Beach counties we are

optimistic that 2024 will bring new opportunities for Buyers and Sellers.
