The City of Plantation will be hosting their 22nd Annual Doggie-Palooza. The expo will collect an entrance fee of $2 per human that will be donated to a local non-profit (dogs enter free).

Doggie-Palooza will feature a variety of local vendors showcasing their products and services, a police K-9 demonstration, a frisbee dog show, a FREE photo booth to take a cute photo with your pooch, a lure course, pet adoption and more!

There will also be contests that both pets and pet owners can participate in to win prizes. The contests include Best Dressed Pooch, Pet/Owner Look-A-Like and Best Pet Tricks.

This is a cherished event by the local community because everyone loves showing off their fur babies. Come join in on the fun!

Listings and Sales in Multi and Single Family were down for December in Broward and Palm Beach. There is one exception of Broward Multi-Family sales were up slightly up last month.

This is typical for this time of year because many homeowners do not want people going through their home during the holidays, when in fact it is a GREAT Time to be on the market, because there is less competition for a Seller.

Delray Beach Senior Games

City of Delray Beach Senior Games provide the camaraderie and challenge of competitive sports to older adults, promote health and well-being and inspire participants to keep moving. Provided are Olympic-style multi-sport events held at the local, state and national level across the United States that engage over 100,000 participants ages 50+ each year. Times qualify individuals to participate in the State and National competitions.

Participants aged 50 and older are invited to participate in a variety of engaging social, recreational, and competitive events. Custom medals will be presented to winners in each age division for first, second, and third place. Additionally, all participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt.
