Teen Cook Off at Coral Springs Whole Foods
Posted on April 7, 2014 by Great Florida HomesAt the Coral Springs Whole Food Market Place the Teen Cook Off took place with Area High Schools and the Broward Virtual School.
Teams had a limited amount of time to discovery what their mystery bag of goodies held and come up with a plan on what to make for a appetizer, entree and dessert.
The judges were faced with a difficult task of sampling (YUM YUM – but no audience samples 😉 Here is one of the dessert options of french toast with a orange zest and ginger snap.
Prices were awarded to each team for their creations and creativity.
It was a Fun Fun event! A shout out to Whole Foods and the City of Coral Springs for putting on the event.

During the Cook Off Whole Foods Coral Springs also featured a recycled book store, with all of the proceeds going to families in need. We even delivered books from clients homes to assist with the event.
