Coral Springs was originally developed as a retirement community but took off as a young family community, where parental involvement is huge! The City is a very easy city to navigate, with four major roads that run east to west and four major roads that run north to south. Coral Springs is very responsibly fiscally managed, by a City Manager, the Mayor and four Commissioners with consistent low taxes and the winner of the Malcolm Baldridge award for Sterling excellence in business operations. Like many cities, Coral Springs is in the process of redeveloping their downtown area with new shops and businesses to create an even better suburban lifestyle. Coral Springs is a small town with the big city recreation and entertainment.
