With its goal to open the door for qualified high school students to enter college, the Infinite Scholar Program, Inc. will host its annual scholarship fair in Florida this November.

The overall mission of the Infinite Scholars Program, Inc. is to provide low income and first generation high school students with the resources and guidance that is necessary for them to successfully further their education at accredited institutions of higher learning. This program helps students and their families to keep their finances intact by offering “little to no cost scholarships” which range from partial scholarships which only pay for the tuition to full scholarships which pay for everything!

This could not have come at a better time for high school students in Florida. As the cost of college education skyrockets, this scholarship fair is a great opportunity for high school students.

The scholarship fair will feature representatives from different universities and colleges across the country. But the thing that makes it different from regular college fairs is that Infinite Scholars is looking for students who do qualify for scholarships by having high GPA’s and higher test scores. Colleges who come in are those who are looking to give scholarships.

Since the organization was started in 2003, about $1 billion in scholarships have been awarded and it is not unusual for a qualified student to receive a $40,000, full-ride scholarship.

Students should bring the several items with them to the fair:

  • Multiple copies of their transcripts
  • ACT/SAT scores
  • Two letters of recommendation
  • An essay entitled “Why I Want to Go to College”
  • A resume
